About

My Name is Sabrina Cote-Brooks I am from Cote 1st Nation which is in Saskatchewan, Canada.
I am proud to be an Ojibway/Saulteaux woman.
I am happily married with 3 children and I am a new grandmother.
I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to learn from my grandparents who lived a traditional lifestyle; they instilled many of the morals, values, and cultural beliefs in me at a young age.
I grew up with strong ties to my culture and spiritual beliefs.
I take pride in who I am and where I come from.
I think it is extremely important to love who you are as it is a reflection of our Ancestors.
I graduated from The First Nations University of Canada with a Bachelor's Degree in Indigenous Studies and a Minor in my Native language Ojibway/Saulteaux.
I believe education is our buffalo; it is a means of survival in the world today.
I work a full time job at an elementary school in the neighborhood in which I grew up in.
I create items in my spare time to feed my creativity hunger.

I love creating bright, vibrant unique items. I take pride in everything I make- enjoy :)
